MTN has silently introduced a regional data bundle aimed at granting more data access for people in certain regions in the country. The newly introduced data package was named “Ifediche” and it offers users mouth watering data plans and also added airtime bonus.

But for you to be able to enjoy these Ifediche data plans from MTN, you need to know the states that are eligible for the plan, so below are the list of states that are eligible to access the Ifediche plans.
List of States that Are Eligible to Activate the MTN Ifediche Data Plans
1. Anambra State
2. Benue State
3. Delta State
4. Ebonyi State
5. Enugu State
6. Abia State
7. Bayelsa State
8. Akwa Ibom
9. Imo State
10. Cross River State
11. Rivers State
If you are in the aforementioned states in Nigeria, you would be able to activate the data plan but can use it everywhere in the country. Currently, the MTN Ifediche plans come in two variants, one of which is weekly and the other is monthly.
How to Activate The MTN Ifediche Data Plans
1. Dial *131*12# and select either the first plan that costs 300 Naira and gives subscribers 750mb plus an additional 250 Naira airtime.
2. The second plan costs 1,000 Naira and gives subscribers 3GB plus an additional 2,200 Naira airtime bonus which is valid for 1 month. You can also subscribe to the MTN Ifediche plans by either sending “EAST1” to 131 or “EAST2” to 131.
